Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and Reezk LLC, a company registered in the State of Qatar ("RFxAI", "we", "us"). By registering for, accessing, or using the RFxAI platform at rfxai.io ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

RFxAI is an AI-powered procurement intelligence platform. The Platform currently includes, or will include in future phases:

• RFxFinder — real-time tender and procurement opportunity discovery;
• RFxBid — AI-assisted bid response drafting and management;
• RFxBrain — secure enterprise knowledge base with AI retrieval;
• RFxGen — AI-powered procurement document generation for buyers.

Access to each service is governed by your active subscription plan. Services not included in your plan are locked until you upgrade or contact our sales team.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately at contact@rfxai.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. RFxAI is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

Subscriptions are billed as described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by SkipCash, a Qatar Central Bank licensed payment service provider. By completing a purchase you also agree to SkipCash's terms.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except where the 30-day money-back guarantee applies (see Section 5). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

For the RFxFinder Annual plan, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. To request a refund, contact contact@rfxai.com within 30 days. Refunds are processed manually on a case-by-case basis within 5–10 business days.

The guarantee does not apply to other plans or to accounts found to have violated these Terms.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content including tender summaries, bid response drafts, and procurement documents. All AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and drafting purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

RFxAI is not liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from decisions made based on AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any content before submission or use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading bid information;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform in bulk;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Qatari or applicable international law;
• Interfere with the integrity or availability of the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All rights in the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, and brand assets, are owned by Reezk LLC. You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to the Platform. You grant RFxAI a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the services described in these Terms.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. RFxAI is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services (Azure, SkipCash, or AI providers) or events outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RFxAI's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. RFxAI shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and via an in-platform notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
